MY goodness that is tiny. I really wish I could help you with this but I've never had to deal with the issues of tube feeding or one of my pups not latching on. The only thing that I would suggest is tontinue what you are doing. Do your best to get her to latch on and keep her warm.
Hoping one of the more experience breeder here can give you some solid advise.
