Have all of her baby teeth fallen out yet? If not, wait a bit to see if they will fall out on their own. If they don't fall out, they will have to be pulled and that can be done at the same time as the spay. Anesthesia is risky, so if you can do that all at once instead of two different surgeries that is better.
