Karo syrup first and than vet. like suggested above !!

Some pups just dont do well when they leave the only home they have known and can refuse to eat do to stress and confusion. It just takes them time to bounce back. I would suggest mixing his dry kibble (puppy food) with a little can (puppy food) and a bit of water. Hopefully that will work. At his age he should be eating 3-4 small meals per day. If you see that he isn't eating that offer it to him again and again until he does.

If he wont eat the dry/can mixed blend that try can puppy mixed with moistened kibble. Put some dry kibble in a dish and cover with water. Let set until it absorbs all of the water (1- hr). If he does well with that than make enough for the day the night before so you have it on hand for meal times the following day.

The breeder should have discussed Hyproglycemic Shock with you and how to prevent or treat it.
