Personally, I probably would not feed him given his history of pancreatitis. I would keep an eye on him, if any worse, go to the vet. If the night is uneventful, then yes I would feed a very small bland meal of 50 percent chicken breast skin and fat removed and 50 percent white rice very well cooked in a lot of water. The signs you mention -- inappetence, lethargy, vomiting and diarrhea are concerning and only a vet can tell if it is pancreatitis or just gastritis or something else. If you see him in any pain or he is in the prayer position you need to get him to a vet for support or he can go down fast.
