As far as I have read (could be missing something), she has done nothing illegal according to Michigan law relating to breeding. The thing that may get her is the donation fiasco. To my knowledge AC can do nothing. Her dogs are fed, watered, not left unattended fir 12+ hours, are giving a warn area to sleep, are vetted to the extent required, are not sold across state lines at a very early age.
I live in MI and would be happy to report..if there was something to report. That tax deductible IRS thing she pulled may backfire, but it would seem that is a federal issue.
