We use Heartguard Plus and am happy with it. I had been using Interceptor but wasn't planning on going back anyway (Jackson ended up really liking the Heartguard chew, he takes it like a treat, and it's cheaper, and easier to feed than a pill).
We use K9 Advantix for ticks/fleas on an as-needed basis. Our problem is more with ticks, but even so, sometimes I won't see a lot, if any, so I just don't put any meds on him. I prefer to avoid them when I can. Never seen a flea. |
