Default My yorkie acts sick - help if you can

Cricket is 7 months old. She is up to date on shots, was spayed in Dec. She weighs 1lb 14ozs as of yesterday. Her appetite is good. Her poop and pee is normal. Now my problem. She acts as if she's sore and it hurts to walk. A couple of times she will be laying in her bed and start whinning as if she is in pain. I have taken her to the vet 3 times and he can't find anything wrong. He put her on an antibotic 10 days ago just in case there was and infection somewhere and pain med. She still has these symptoms so he did bloodwork yesterday and everything is normal. No infection, livernormal, kidneys normal, and calcium was normal. Is there a separate test for liver shunt or is it just a routine test. Her balance seems to be off sometimes and she walks funny at times just like maybe she's sore. I am to call him back this afternoon to let him know how she is today but she is no better. Nothing has happened to her that I know of. She doesn't jump on the furniture and hasn't fallen or had anything happen to her to cause this. I am so worried about her and am doing everything I can think of. Has this ever happened to any of you? Please let me know if you have any suggestions.
