I know Uni is fine now, but if this happened to Tatiana, I would have cleansed the paw with betadine, added neosporin, and put a doggie sock on that foot (so she can't lick at it, keeps the foot clean, and buffer the foot so it's less painful). To make sure the sock stays on, I like to use a small strip of velcro (that's for wire management) around the sock, and fold the top down over it like a cuff. I would check on the foot 2-3 times a day to make sure it's healing (and not getting worse).
