Try without the treats and using a deeper "I mean business" tone and see how she does. Just remember to let her know when she is doing a good job and do plenty of praising and adda girls as her reward. Maybe same their treats for when the training session is done.
Remember to never reward her by petting or picking her up when she is in a hyper state. That is only reinforcing the behavior.
