I am trying to train my 5 month old maltese/yorkie mix, she is super hyper. She does not really listen some times she gets the sit command which is all i have tried with her. I try to tire her out before teaching her but that does not seem to help. i have watched several videos and all the dogs seem so calm and she is far from that when i am holding a treat all she wants to do is jump on my hand and try to get the treat and when she cant she runs around, she is not understanding the listen and get the treat part. Is there anyone that can help me get her to understand that if she does what i want she will get the treat.
