so to answer your question, No, it doesn't mean your yorkie was poorly bred. Post pictures when you can and those that have yorkies can give you a better opinion ;0) Weight isn't a problem either. At 32 oz at 12 weeks, it's scheduled to weigh approx 4-4.5 pounds as an adult with a 1.5 pound margin give or take. But I think 13 weeks gives an even better idea although mine isn't full grown yet but furrybaby has stayed very close to the weight chart.
