I think a thorn scraped her leg just above the knee... it wouldn't heal, after meds they did a culture and found it was fungal. She ended up having to have a skin graft done!

For general type First Aid... wash the wound with regular soap and water, rinse well and dry. With the feet you may want to use a blow dryer on low setting. Then you can apply a small dab of triple AB ointment. Best not to bandage a puncture wound.
