Re scorpions, nor did I until I saw one on a concrete path leading up to the house! Big panic I can assure you! The bug man had just sprayed outside a few days before and I wondered if it was doped out and came out in the open from its hiding place. They are poisonous, but this one still had the venom in the bulb. The bulb was bigger than you say and the sting larger than an eyelash ( like a big rosé thorn) so I don't think it was a scorpion.
If she is eating and not licking and no swelling she is probably ok, I think they can lick/bite out small things to cure themselves. Does she accept it if you put pressure on her paw? If so the object has probably gone and the paw is just a bit sore. Could you put some antiseptic on the paw to be sure?
