Default Keeping them clean between baths?

Any tips for keeping Yorkies looking and smelling clean between baths?

I prefer bathing Jillie every 2 weeks for skin concerns, which is usually just right for her every-other-week therapy dog visits to the hospital. But with her therapy dog brother Eddie rehabbing after surgery, she's picking up his visits as well and she's making 2 or 3 visits a week.

Between baths, I use Biogroom waterless bath. It's a liquid, so I don't know where they get "waterless." I spray it in, lather her up and wipe it off. It gets her smelling nice, at least, but I question how "clean" it makes her.

I also started using SPA facial cleanser for tearing. But, again, that's a soap and I worry that I'm not getting it all rinsed out. I use wet cotton pads to rinse it as well as possible, but I wish I could rinse it off better.

Anybody have any thoughts?
