no yorkies are know for retaining baby teeth. keylo had four removed and cedric had some as well cannot remember how many. keylo has ct and the vet was able to remove hers without full sedation. i would call your vet and see what they can do im pretty sure the earlier the better as their roots do not die off like a human child in baby teeth. best wishes.
