I would get the breeders name and search it first because sense she says she got the puppy at 9 weeks its the first sign it was from a bad breeder because good breeders don't let there pups go until 12 weeks so who knows what other corners the breeder cut and you could end up with a pup with a genetic illness or LP. Both things can end up costing you a lot of money.
