I feed my two Primal they love it! We rotate through all the different proteins, though. Mojo seems to get almost too skinny on it, though, even when I've tripled his meals, so I've started giving them 1 meal of kibble a day. (He's going to need LP surgery, so have to get a little weight on him beforehand.)
Other than that, we have had no complaints! Their coats look gorgeous, their eyes are clear of goop and they have hardly any tear staining at all.
