My Yoshi started turning platinum around 6 months. Now he's 18 months & he still basically looks the same. Lol. Although I haven't actually "cut" his hair. I've only trimmed it. I actually noticed that he's turning really silver under the black in his body. I'm afraid to cut it because I like the black!
