Well that makes sense then - about the owner not being in touch with the breeder. That's great that you've set up a meeting to meet the owner & the puppy! You'll probably know your decision at the meeting. You'll just know
I didn't mean to give you the wrong info about breeders & returning the puppy if a problem arises. That's just the experience I've had with the breeder & the rescues I've worked with. I just assumed that everyone worked that way. Good luck on Friday!!
