They did not pursue charges? And how will they prevent this "family" from getting another dog that they don't know what to do with? Confused? I am confused! The man obviously knew enough to move away from the train tracks before he got hit! What a crock of crap!

I do hope they make sure this poor victim gets a proper loving FOREVER home.
I used to live near a home where the man let his little Beagle get bred every year and every year he would take the pups and drown them. Confused? I think not.
