Hey, why not train ur girls ( one at a time of course) to jog on the treadmill? I trained Lex on the one at our gym. It took all of 5 minutes !
I have a treadmill at home too, so on bad weather days, lex does 15 minutes treadmill minimum. She enjoys it!
