As do I. It seems like overkill (no pun intended). Odds of tapeworm infestation should be very low when fleas are under control. If it happens anyway, very easily treated.
I just checked Drs Foster and Smith website. I buy from my vet, but checked them out to see what their pricing would be. They say that they are expecting to receive a shipment on 4/22 and a year's supply is priced @ $55.
