You are obviously looking for answers to what her actual breed is or you would not have started numerous threads asking our opinions. I think that a DNA kit is your best option on finding that out.
Most of us who have raised and who have had Yorkies for years see something different than what you a new Yorkies owner/lover refuses to see. We can see that yes she may resemble and Yorkie or even be mixed with a Yorkie but she clearly IS NOT a pure breed Yorkie.
The black and tan Mini Pinchers pups look like Yorkie pups when they are born. Just like Rottweiler puppies do. It isn't until they are about 3 weeks old that their looks start to change and they take on the breed characteristics.
