If she's not really eating her kibbles and only the little amount I put in her dish she is not getting her appropriate portion for the day. Should I just start with her morning meal as raw and the evening as kibble for about a week??

Also, would it be appropriate to feed my older dog that way, morning raw and evening kibble? He has had stomach issues in the past and is on a prescription diet. I would love to get him off the prescription diet for good, but would be happy to do half and half for the time being as I see how he adjusts.

Any thoughts?
If you're going to go 100% raw eventually, why not just give her raw for both meals? If you're trying to get rid of your bag of kibble, maybe you could give her raw one meal & kibble another meal. Dogs digest raw food & kibble differently. So it might be easier on the tummy to feed one type of food at each meal.

As for your older dog, I would speak to your vet before making the switch. If he's on a prescription diet, you want to be sure he's getting the proper amounts & the right type of protein.

I switched both of my pups to raw cold turkey. They didn't have any tummy issues at all.
