This poor puppy has been exposed to so many dangerous situations that it is extremely distressing to think of the possibilities. A small breed puppy is so prone to hypoglycemia that your baby could easily have died do to the stress and lack of proper nourishment. That airline owes you and the breeder big time for what they have put you and that little baby through. |
It was United. They screwed up and their "Petsafe" reps seemed worse than useless. I would be talking to people until I got to the top dog, if I were the OP. I think more than one person needs some disciplinary action as well as reeducation on the safe delivery of live animals.
