I have a Joey and he doesnt have a middle name. But he has a TON of nicknames
I lived in an apt when I first got him and tried to do the whole pad thing, it didnt work out. He is now a yr old and will hold it just so he can pee/poo outside. I was scared at first because hes so tiny and I didnt want to get his hair messy all the time, but I keep it short and he doesnt seem to let his size bother him.
He does have an XPEN for when we are gone (both him and my lab have crates) but usually sleeps with me in the bed. When he was a puppy he learned that if he needs to go potty, he is to get off the bed and go somewhere other than where I sleep LOL.
Both of my dogs have a pretty regular schedule, Joey has food all the time because I never want him to get hypoglycemic, but Carley (the lab) gets fed twice a day. They go out at regular intervals throughout the day, but both can hold it if we are gone for the day. Theyre adaptable animals and will do whatever you want them to do, just train them how you want them to be
