It was (theoretically) a 3.5 hour trip when I went to pick up Sam and Piper. I had blankets, sweaters (January), travel crate, harnesses, leashes, disposable pee pads, and NutriCal. We didn't use the leashes, harnesses, or crate. I just laid the pee pad out in the back of my Escape when we made a stop. When we were traveling, my daughter held Sam and Mom held Piper all the way home.
Just pray that the new family's car doesn't break down on the way home like mine did, LOL. Our 3.5 hour trip turned in to more like 8 or 9 hours.
