Do you know how to run a trace route? If you run that and copy the screen and email it to admin, they can get it fixed for you. (to be honest, I am not 100% sure a trace route is needed). They know of the problem and all they need to do is go unblock your IP. AT&T might have issues but this isn't on them this time
