It could possibly be reflux as mentioned. If she continues to do this beyond this point, I would have a vet give her something for the reflux. Is her food bowl UP off the floor? If it is on the floor, then raise it because this leads to reflux in dogs. You might want to add a probiotic, also...just in case she is having a motility issue. But, for sure go talk to the vet if she continues throwing up and make sure she is getting extra fluid/water/pedialyte on those days.
I heard it was bad if they don't chew their food My Vet told me for digesting purposes.
