I went to tools and it is indeed on!....I do still get ads...like everytime I am trying to watch a video, there is some kind of ad that runs right before it...and there is NO "X" you can click on to turn it off.... I have a Dell Computer, Internet Explorer XP.....my friend set this up....I have NO idea what this is!
