Omg I just got a SECOND Female yorkie, help my 16 month old female isn't having it.

Hello fellow yorkie lovers,
I am the proud mom of a beautiful 4 pound, 1 year 4 month female Yorkie, Sparkle. She has been around people a lot and loves people and kids. She however has not been around animals a lot, but the little she has, she was always shy and sometimes playful, but never a growl or mean streak of any kind. She would even share her toys with no problem. She goes everywhere (including work) with me and is definitely spoiled and catered after, but she gives back so much love and affection.

We had the thought of getting her a friend for when we travel sometimes, or have to leave her at home during the day sometimes, we put a lot of thought into it and brought home a new 1.8 pound female 8 week puppy, Ruby, yesterday. Ruby is from the same parents, just another litter.

Well, it has not gone well. Sparkle doesn't mind if Ruby plays with her toys, but she won't do anything with her. When Ruby tries to play, Sparkle acts scared and runs away. Sparkle has even growled and showed her teeth a few times, which I have never seen her do. Sparkle won't lay next to her, won't play with her, doesn't even want to be in the same room with her. Sparkle has been moping around and won't even get in any of her 4 beds because Ruby has been in them, so today I found Sparkle sleeping on the kitchen mat. Sparkle will go sniff Ruby while she is sleeping and then walk away...

Ruby is a sweet snugly puppy, but is now a little hesitant to approach Sparkle since she has growled at her a few times. I know it has only been a little over a day, but I don't like that sparkle doesn't even want to give me kisses right now and is usually so affectionate. I am trying to equally give them attention and be patient with Sparkle, but I am scared, I hope I didn't make a wrong decision.
I know that is takes time, but PLEASE, if you have any advice? What can I do to help them along?
I am also having an issue with the fact that I am crate training Ruby (like I did Sparkle) but sparkle sleeps in our bed now, so Ruby does not want to sleep in her crate... oh the fun!

But please, I just really need advice or at least encouragement that it will get better!
