Default Just came home from hospital. Stress colitis?

My yorkie just came home from the hospital. She's had her fourth case of bloody diarrhea since I got here in sept 2010. The new vet thinks it may be stress colitis since everything else has been ruled out. She's always been very anxious. When she's left alone she has diarrhea the next day. Or if people come over, or car rides, or walks she develops diarrhea. I have had her on probiotics. Ive tried lavender oil spray, dog calming music, thunder shirt, etc. She has bad food allergies. She reacts to pumpkin and coconut oil also chicken and grains. She has issues with the bacteria in her gi tract so she gets dr beckers probiotics. The blood in her diarrhea was bad today. I gave her cerenia last night at 8pm and Tylan at 7 am. Didn't stop the stomach gurgles or the diarrhea. Then the blood came this afternoon. The vet had me put her on metro and more cerenia for the pain. I also requested fluids. She was in a lot of pain until cerenia kicked in. She was shaking, tail between legs, prayer position. He proscribed Prozac. I haven't ordered yet. I've always been against anxiety medicine for her but at this point I don't know what else to do. Has anyone else experienced stress colitis with their dog. Or tried Prozac. I've been on anxiety mess myself and hated how I felt the first month and took myself off so I'm worried about her.
