Aww, that looks much better. She's a cutie. I see what you mean about the hair on her legs. Honestly, I think she will just have a very thin slow growing coat. It could be nothing to do with her health but with genetics. Some yorkies just have very thin coats. Has the vet done a blood panel on her? As a precaution it would not hurt to have one done just to make sure her blood work is okay.
