I think she looks great in the left picture, but the right picture scares me, that looks like a malnourished dog. Worms can prevent the dog from getting proper nourishment it wouldn't be surprising that this would happen. As long as the picture on the left is the "after" picture, I think your baby is going to be okay. Some breeders save money by selling the dogs too early, minimum should be 12 weeks, and it’s obvious she tried to save money by not treating them or the mother for worms. I would not buy another dog from her if I were you, but best of luck with Tinkerbell, you're doing a great job!

If for some reason, the pictures are reversed, I would ask my vet about it.
