I have had other puppies/dogs in the past that have just drank way to fast. Have you ever picked up your child after they downed some juice or milk...you can hear it sloshing(sp?) around. It just hadn't had time to settle. She was also just playing really hard. I think she is fine...just a little too much water too fast.
