Before finding YT, I didn't know. There are so many that don't. All we can do, as educated owners, is help to spread what we learn. Don't lecture, but just be nice, introduce yourself, talk about your littles and let them know about the hazards of collars and benefits of harnesses. Most would be receptive, I think
