Hi,
I need some advice on dental cleaning & extractions. My yorkie Bailey is almost 8 & has always had really good teeth. I noticed a few months ago her breath was getting stinky & thought I would just wait until getting her shots to have the vet look at her teeth.
I went in yesterday & the vet said her teeth are falling out..WTH? In just a matter of a few months her teeth are horrible. The estimate he gave me was for a range of $1200-$2000. He said the majority of her teeth need to be pulled out.
I am absolutely sick to me stomach...he said to count on it being closer to the $2000 range. Bailey is 5lb 11 oz and has never had any major health issues. I cannot afford the $2000... What is the going rate for cleaning & extractions?
