OTH, when you do, be prepare to live with a new public perception, warranted or not, even your own family will somehow change how they feel about you, not necessarily a bad thing. 
In my circle of friends, one acquaintance could have never imagined how much her life would change to the point, by her own admission, she found herself almost a complete new life with many new situations. Some good some NOT so good. The positive boost to her confidence was, at times, too much to handle.
As soon as We can afford it I will enjoy a few "minor" modifications done to my wife. She would love them and I know I would definitely enjoy them

Thank you! a man's perspective is always useful! I know my husband will enjoy the "minor modification"too. although he doesnt really encourage me to do it, says Im fine (we are newlyweds tho...so im thinking after having a baby and breastfeeding etc etc I
will be in a better position to decide what needs to be done...I will give it a couple of years I guess.
And about life changing so much...I dont know. I certainly dont want new public perception...I would have something discreet done.
But anyway this is typical me. coming up with weird ideas
