Even if you use a disposable, they will have a hard time differentiating from a carpet, rug or potty pad. Before we moved, we had carpeting only upstairs & they made potty mistakes & I had to remove all rugs. Had to professionally steam clean the carpet every 6 months bc the stain kept coming back.
Now we live in a condo & put in laminate flooring throughout (still no rugs loll!). They've made no potty mistakes, but mine are all grown up & they do prefer to go outside.
We use washables over disposable pee pads, I like the added protection. I get all our potty supplies from Ryan, he has the best prices & has the fastest shipping!: Use Washable Pee Pads to Help with the Process of Puppy Potty Training
