OMGoodness! Tinkerbell is so very cute even with floppy ears! Have you tried having the hair trimmed off the top 1/3 of her ears. It could be her hair that is holding them down. I know there are others that have done that with good results. As high as they are I would think tipping them might help. Another thing is, if she's teething, that can make her ears flop also. Try having them tipped and if that doesn't help, then it might be teething. Princess Sophie was still having baby teeth come in at 15 weeks. Sharp little buggers they are!! LOL Good luck!
