I have a stroller that looks very similar to yours. I had to Micky mouse mine to keep my two babies in. I bought a double strap walking leash attachment. Its not very long with two metal circles on each end and a big metal circle holding both straps. I put the double strap main circle attached with a spring hook and latch to stroller. Hard to explain. I'll take a pic tomorrow. Other end of strap attaches to beach dog harness.
