How do you prepare it?

Nori nutrition: It's got the highest protein compared to the rest of the seaweeds. Nori is rich in calcium, iodine, iron, phosphorous, potassium, manganese, porphyran, copper, zinc and Vitamins A, B, C, E and K.
I buy nori sheets and cut them chip sizes - around 1.5 inch squares. Brush with sesame or olive oil and sprinkle with sesame seeds and garlic powder. Bake at about 350 until crispy, 12-15 min on a baking sheet. I use parchment paper or aluminum foil on the sheets. They are really good. You can use onion or whatever you want as a topping.
