Those nori sesame-garlic chips sound delicious! I won't use any of the sea vegetables for Ian's treats because of the sodium and iodine levels, but I do plan to try the chips...for me!

How do you prepare it?

Nori nutrition: It's got the highest protein compared to the rest of the seaweeds. Nori is rich in calcium, iodine, iron, phosphorous, potassium, manganese, porphyran, copper, zinc and Vitamins A, B, C, E and K.
