Have "you" used both for you, or have you given them to your fur baby? I eat quinoa on almost a daily basis, and love it. I sometimes add kelp to the quinoa (for me and hubby), but only a little because of the natural sodium and iodine content. I get my kelp strips from Asian markets...not the powered kind.
