Keep in mind that a single boiled egg has 70 calories. Adding 35 calories a day is a significant amount of a 3.5 pound dog's daily intake. Adjust other food and treats accordingly.
My other concern would be the nutrient balance of my dog's diet, the protein/calcium ratio. If you are feeding kibble, a daily half egg may upset this.
