Thanks Bobbie and Donna. I will check these out. I was actually thinking of just buying some lightweight jean material instead like Aymee suggested. I like the idea of a lightweight softer lining. I was gonna make it a bluejean top and a red ruffle skirt. Then add some bling to the top. You guys all have great ideas. Thanks again everyone.
