Well, I did as you suggested. Cotton wool, warm water, a bit of rubbing the crusty! WOW! She looks 100% better. She still hates the brushing of the face bit though
I'll have to make sure I do that everyday, and she'll stay crusty free. Thanks heaps!! She looks better already, a couple more times like that and she'll be totally fixed up. She likes the cotton wool too, she chews it until the water is gone then spits it out!! LOL
