Their eyes do tear a bit and I started using EYE ENVY (you can get it from Gerry of
www.imapreciouspup.com) and it's WONDERFUL ! It removes the tearstains in days - you don't put it in their eyes - just gently under them and it's the best stuff I've used for tear stains....
but if something is crusted on - I would use warm water first
