No have that female spayed. Right now. Or better yet, take the hopefully older males in to get neutered.
She is likely going to come in soon to a first heat. She must be protected at what-ever cost from breeding.
Take that female to your vet, who presumably knows how to handle, care and neuter/spay toy breeds.
Believe you me, any size dog can mate together, all it takes is a bit of ingenuity and some acceptance on the females part.
