Breeding time, even if you are breeding is obnoxious. They want at the female all the time, not just for that tie.
Yuppers! I am certainly glad that neither of my breeds howl - although during standing heat - they give a remarkable close imitation.

I have had some success with using CC Miracle Air - that does keep the musty smell down.

If you have separate areas of the house you can keep the females apart from the males, that is very helpful.

I also like the steam cleaner for the floors. I forgot if you said you will have only one stud or two? If two studs during heat, they will likely need to be separated as well from each other. A serious argument can happen in the blink of an eye.....
